* PISCES is co-founder member of OSCRE International with OSCRE Americas. We share the objective of developing international real estate standards for all post completion real estate date exchange activities.
Planning
Programming Currently reviewing 1) Area Measurement Standards; Building and Space Classification Standards, Forecasting, Metric Analysis, Forecasting, BIM's for Financial (Depreciation and other Owner driven models) and Modeling.

Design
Documentation Currently reviewing Electronic Deliverables & Submittals, with in-progress Working Group project creating XML data collection templates to be distributed by Owners to Contractors and Suppliers for automated bulk loading of building systems and components into Owners Maintenance, Facilities, Asset Management, FInancial and related technology systems.

Ongoing Operations
Asset Management PISCES has published data exchange standards for Commercial valuations of assets, asset management, transfer of legal interests, investment performance and financial transactions relating to real estate.
Maintenance Yes. Standards exist to transfer data required to automate work requests and owner/ contractor/supplier transactions.
